Heat From Frozen
Oven - Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread Tenderloins evenly on a lightly greased oven tray and heat for 17-20 minutes, turning once.
Shallow Fry - Preheat oil in fry pan 1cm deep to 170°C (medium heat). Heat Tenderloins for approximately 4-5 minutes, turning frequently. Drain carefully onto paper towelling.
Deep Fry - Preheat oil to 180°C. Place a small quantity of Tenderloins in fryer basket and heat for approximately 3-3.5 minutes, turning frequently. Drain carefully onto paper towelling.
