Cooking Instructions

1. MICROWAVE (900W): Pierce 1-2 holes in bag and microwave for 8-10 mins or until easy to separate. (Microwave ovens may vary; adjust timing accordingly). Cook noodles immediately after thawing is complete.
2. THAW IN REFRIGERATOR: Thaw noodles in refrigerator at a temperature of 0-5ºC before following instructions (a), (b) or (c). Use the noodles within 3 - 5 days after thawing in refrigerator.

a) LOOSEN IN BAG: Pierce 1-2 holes in bag to allow air to enter. Loosen noodles within bag by firmly squeezing the sides of the pack together in a clapping motion then turn pack side ways and repeat. Noodles are now ready for use.

b) MICROWAVE (900W): Pierce 1-2 holes in bag and place in microwave. Heat on full power for 1½ - 2 mins or until easy to separate.
(Microwave ovens may vary; adjust timing accordingly). Noodles are now ready for use.

c) BLANCH: Open bag and submerge noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Slowly untangle the noodles with a fork or chopsticks until separated then remove from water and strain. Noodles are now ready for use.

Note: Do not refreeze after thawing.
Tip: If storing for later use (same day):
(a) Run noodles under cold water or
(b) lubricate well with vegetable oil to prevent sticking (recommended)
