Cooking Instructions

  • Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.

  • Hot Plate / Frypan
    Cook from frozen for 10-12 minutes on a hot plate or frypan.

  • Conventional Oven
    Cook for 8-10 minutes at 200°C

  • Microwave (500W)
    Microwave 8 meatballs from frozen for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn and repeat
